Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the excursion.
For bookings made within 14 days of the excursion date, full payment is required at the time of
booking.
Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer. - Cancellation Policy:

In the unlikely event the excursion must be canceled due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen
circumstances, clients will be offered:
– The option to reschedule (subject to availability)
– A credit voucher valid for [insert duration, e.g., 12 months]
- Group Size & Final Headcount
Final group size must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the excursion date.
Any additions are subject to availability and must be paid for upon confirmation.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the day of the excursion. - Changes and Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed once free of charge if requested more than 14 days in advance.
Your Rights:
Depending on the law that applies, you may have a right to access and rectify or erase your personal data or receive a copy of your personal data, restrict or object to the active processing of your data, ask us to share (port) your personal information to another entity, withdraw any consent you provided to us to process your data, a right to lodge a complaint with a statutory authority and such other rights as may be relevant under applicable laws. Do note that if you do not allow us to collect or process the required personal information or withdraw the consent to process the same for the required purposes, you may not be able to access or use the services for which your information was sought.
